I prefer moneybookers as much cheaper, no charge back risk, and
anonymous in that we can't track who is donating to us.

Basically in a market dominated by one player paypal the upcoming
provider offer a much better deal. Even if paypal is used one could
offer moneybookers as well.
Note from experience the person who operates the paypal account should
be person who operates the linked bank account or all sort of delays and
problems may occur.
Also make sure it is properly set up in name of Indymedia Scotland.
