[imc-scotland-discussion] Feature Submission

Actually I would not make it a feature as it is

a) on 15th of march, nearly a month away
b) an announcement rather than news
c) a StW event, which in the past has proven to be rather disempowering  
for activists who attended, and even StW stewarts working against  
autonomous direct action and co-operating with police
d) in the past, numbers of participants haven't really been rising if an  
announcement was made a feature in the middle column.

Usually I would dissent on it, but I would rather prefer the method of  
persuation rather than stopping any enthusiasm.
