[imc-scotland-discussion] Feature Submission

[Harry Halpin]

It is an interview about the relationship between the Scottish and
Japanese G8s, so it's not just an advert. Although, it would be great
maybe if we could have the Razorwire do upcoming events...anyways, they
are quite excited about visiting Scotland. Apparently the "Shut Them
Down" book got to Japan somehow!
