[imc-scotland-discussion] Mini-paper example

Hello,

At the last meeting me and Jon were charged with making the new mini
newspaper for indymedia scotland, which was to be ready by the end of
February (march issue). Because we were over-enthusiastic we couldn't
wait for february to happen, and decided to make an issue containing
january news. It is unfinished (January has been a slow month...)

The format is 4 pages of A4, that is a single sheet of A3 folded. We
would like to know how people feel about the layout, selection of
articles, etc. We also need more stuff to fill it, and then maybe this
January prototype would be worthy of the effort printing it and
distributing.
