Hia,

am away for two months so can't contribute, but guess you are getting used
to it already and doing fine anyways. Dunno about Washing machine article
and the 2 million workers article because they seem to be reposts from
other sources without having permission of the publisher and/or author to
run them as feature, this also distracts from main aim of imc scotland
being an independent media trying to promote original news reports by DIY
activists.
Waching machine article seems slightly more important as has regional
focus and particular people's situation prominently explained. Apart from 
that has a the weird news angle of having to fill waching machine by hand
and it being declared a luxury item by derogatory bureaucrat.

I like Chris's article about Newastle's Radical Filmfestival, it has a
nice picture with it, too, so would make a good feature in my opinion.
