Indymedia Scotland meeting minutes, 25th March

# New Site

- - Tom mandated to change us to the new site next month
- - Tom to add a 'publish your article' button
- - break button to create intro/body split on publish form to be made
more intuitive, Tom.
- - Calender module to be added soon after changeover, Tom.
- - Links to other Scottish groups to be added, Tom.
- - Video module to be added soon after changeover, Tom.
- - Split newswire to be experimented with, Tom
- - Link to IMC-UK to be made more prominent.

# Donations, Bank Account, Paypal

- - Speak to Chris to see about adding signitories to bank account
- - Tom to ask Athens or .org for an email address for donations
- - ? Paypal to be implemented after changeover?

# Finance

- - We owe ACE £20
- - The newspaper cost £29.50 in total for 500: £9.50 for paper, and £20
for printing.
- - Jon to chase up money from Forest Cafe
- - All of us to ask if any organisations want an advert in the paper

# Paper

- - contact email for paper to be gained, Tom, and put in the next issue
if possible
- - Deadline for submissions 29th March, to be printed on the 31st.
- - Suggested headline article, the Graham Meldrum campaign.
- - Larger first paragraph for articles
- - Sans serif for titles
- - experiment with putting logo into the banner.
