[imc-scotland-discussion] feature proposal re CANONGATE JOINS FORCES WITH EL BARRIO

Could i propose THE CANONGATE JOINS FORCES WITH EL BARRIO as a feature?
I re-worked Joseph's article a bit and think it might be quite good on
the central column, as the MJB is pretty amazing and it is good to make
the link with SOOT (I put in a bit more about their current activities
and linked to the existing article), have also put in a wee bit about
glasgow and aberdeeen MJB meetings.  (The article tho could probably do
with one or two more links and stuff.....)

sorry i couldnt see how to recommend the article as a feature from
within the editor interface (generally found the editing much better
than on old system tho)

also couldnt see how to amend the comment to the article, which i had
posted earlier and is now mainly redundant
