[imc-scotland-discussion] editorial policy

Hey Everyone,

I read the editorial policy that we have and it seems to me to be
inadequate, dated, and a little maundering in places.

So i drafted a new editorial policy to get us started on creating an
up-to-date policy for the site. Please read, edit, comment, discuss.

It would be great to get a new policy written.
