Okay, so I have been sitting on this for awhile, but wanted to comment.
I had a read through of the new policy and think it is pretty damn good.
About the anti-humanist or whatever you want to call primitivist ideology
-- I had a BIG problem with the whole idea of censoring this. Personally I
have some sympathy for the 'anti-agriculturalist' platform. While I choose
to live in a city and to work with many groups, I think there is an
inherant problem with civilisation in general.... i wont go into my
thoughts just now or ever online as only over a pint are these things
worth discussing.
Anyway, I really dont think we should be TRYING to find ways of booting
any kind of discussion from the site as this makes us dogmatic... Just
good ways of keeping things about reporting and not personal politics --
totally agree with that and that personal attacks should not be buried in
articles and all...
Just thought I should flag up my feelings on this... want to be involve in
this and think that it is important not to exclude -- especially if we
want more readership... though I dont really know all the battles you have
had to deal with in the past...
Anyhow, hope all are well.
