Here's some additions, hopefully not so many as to make it unreadable.
Changes are recorded in the Document (Edit > Changes > Show changes if not
visible).

Includes:
* a short note about Creative Commons licensing
* Comments: don't mix personal abuse with political points; replies to
hidden comments may be themselves hidden.
* Newswire: tighter definition of Spam to be clear it isn't just
machine-generated / commercial. Add prohibition on linking to sites that
violate some of the guidelines, e.g. by promoting holocaust denial.

The main issue I have with the new wording of the policy is the addition of
the term "anti-humanist". Humanism can be a tightly defined philosophical
position, a specifically anti-religious worldview, a view of humans as a
generally progressive and positive thing, or a highly pro-rationalist (See
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/humanism?r=75)

While I sympathise with the apparent attempt to make it easier to boot
primitivist propaganda from the Newswire, this form of words is too broad
to be meaningful or enforcable.

I also tend to think that, while politically incoherent at best and
genocidal in its implications at worst, the best way to deal with the
current crop of anti-agriculturalists is political discussion combined with
a tighter leash on their posts that contain personal or generalised abuse.
(Hence my additions to the Comments policy.)

The only thing more annoying than hopped-up dogmatists is hopped-up
dogmatists with a persecution complex. Lets not give them the chance to
scream "censorship," it'll only encourage them.
