Dear Indymedia Scotland writer,

You are invited to a meeting of Indymedia Scotland writers (and readers)
on Tuesday 28 October at 7:30pm in the Autonomous Centre of Edinburgh.

At this crucial time when trust in the Corporate media is at an all-time
low, and the web is supplanting TV and newspapers, we have an incredible
opportunity to bring grass-roots reporting to the street and living room.

We think that Indymedia Scotland would have a more powerful voice if
contributors got together and discussed previous articles, coverage of
particular issues, and collaboration between writers within a
"journalists' collective". For this reason we have invited writers in
particular, although everyone is welcome.

Come and discuss how to grow and develop Indymedia Scotland into
something that can truly challenge the corporate media.
