[imc-scotland-discussion] Flashy new site theme (pictures)

Hello people,

I did some work today on a new theme and layout for the website. The
idea is to put more articles at the top of the page and have less
scrolling about and less crap. Here is a preview:

The logo isn't at all final...............

I had a chin-wag with the IMC london people at the 'narcho bookfair who
also have a swanky new site. You may notice a few similarities between
this new layout and that of london IMC *cough*.

Since IMC scotland "executive power" is due to be invested in a mad
two-headed hydra this month, I dunno where I should be seeking approval
for applying these changes to the live site...

Feedback would be appreciated.
