Ben, the minutes of the September meeting you posted to this list are
incomplete and contain errors:

We decided that -

* In October we would hold a 'journalists' collective' meeting, where
"contributors get together and discussed previous articles, coverage of
particular issues, and collaboration between writers".

* For November we would offer to the glasgow people that they have the
meeting over there, falling back to edinburgh if they were not able or
willing or whatever.

When reading the discussion of the organization of the Glasgow meeting,
I did not notice that you all were talking about October and not November.

This is a bit annoying since I certainly wanted to go to Glasgow for the
meeting over there, to renew contact with glasgow people and plot
strategy etc. I also must attend the writer-oriented meeting planned for
October.

How shall we resolve this? I propose that:

* Both the Glasgow & the Edinburgh meetings take place in October.

* At least one of the people at the september edinburgh meeting goes to
glasgow.

I'd like put on the agenda of the Glasgow meeting that we begin rotating
monthly meetings between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
