I could but I still think it's essentially a non-story if it doesn't
include contextual information about the EDO carnival, potential charges
and similar visits that took place that week elsewhere in the country.
As is, it seems to me skeletal and potentially scare-inducing. There was
reason for it being published, as a warning to people it might affect,
but that purpose has been served and without further rounding out and
detailing, I see no purpose in making it a feature.

These are suggestions for improvement rather than a blanket block. I
can't make those suggested changes though, for reasons of time.
