Also maybe set that the article reverts to being displayed if was promoted 
from an article if hidden pending becoming a feature.

But I think in general if an existing article is used for a feature it should 
be cloned and original left in newswire as was originally poster under 
original posters name.

Also if editors want to be informed of feature proposels by email they need to 
be added to list manually. I think most of the active editors are now added 
but if someone has been missed then speak up.
