copies of the new indy scot news-sheet available to be picked up from ACE 17 W Montgomery place eh7 5ha, open tues 1-4, thurs 6-8, sat 11-6

think it looks really good

but in case we need to reprint more copies, 
was wondering whether one phrase in front page CANT PAY WONT PAY article might be slightly dated?  It states 
"...while concern grows that it (the snp) is also about to renege on its election promise to replace the council tax with a fairer system."
This was written before the snp govt published its programme for this parliament which includes, if i understand it right, the abolition of the council tax and its replacement by a scottish-wide income tax.

Am no expert on the manoeuvring of parliamentary politics, any comments on this welcome.
