[imc-scotland-discussion] lets update the editorial policy!

In:
"2.2 Indymedia Scotland Editors will hide and may delete text, images,
audio, or videos which are:

   * Racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, bullying, or homophobic, or in any other
way discriminatory or oppressive."

we shouldn't be specific about anti-Semitic without mentioning
Islamophobic.  Is there a generic term that covers both and others?
