[imc-scotland-discussion] invite letter for groups in Scotland

Hello all!

I think that indymedia scotland is under-used - there are a great deal
of groups and organisations that would benefit from using our site, and
I think that we need to get the word out to them.

So one idea i had is to send a letter, inviting them to use the site!

I have drafted a letter that could be sent to community groups,
residents associations, environmentalist organisations, animal
rights/welfare groups, socialist groups etc. to let them know about what
they are missing out on!

Please read it, and give feedback about the whole plan :)

Ideally I'd like to get this sent out at the end of the month :)
