Hi before I deal with Jon's emails here's some 2 issues I've recently noticed:

The 404 page - i.e. what gets served up when doesn't include the menu bar,
probably should. In addition, the Search box there doesn't appear to work.

Search box - returns results from Hidden / Deleted pages and this makes us
look pretty bad - try "bush nazis" for example :O but this also happens
with pretty innocent search terms.
- ---> Can we exclude Hidden items from the Search?

I'll also add these to the we / Crabgrass page.
