Hia,

unfortunately  I will not be able to get involved this time am already  
totally booked out for that time. Hopefully it will be possible though to  
wander down and say hello.
For any imc centre or so at the camp it would be good to ask Northern Imc,  
I believe they have some solar powered infrastructure as have Bristol Imc.
Its been left a bit late though - from experience usually about half a  
year notice is the minimum to set up things properly, for getting people  
involved and finding and funding the necessary resources.
