Hi people,

I have enabled the 'location' field for Articles, which is optional and
will be necessary if we provide city local pages in the future.

There was not a huge amount of feedback on 'Proposal C' that I emailed 
about previously:

Proposal C: The city sites (Edinburgh Indymedia, Glasgow, etc) would
have a list of groups (campaign groups, community spaces, media
collectives, food coops, activist legal advice sites, etc) relevant to
the area. They would be categorised for easy navigation. We did not
agree on how these groups would be chosen and what might make a group
acceptable or eligible.

I'm willing to press ahead with this (leaving the city sites part to a 
later date) unless there are some objections. Groups would be classified 
by location, as articles and events are, facilitating 'Indymedia 
Edinburgh' / 'Indymedia Glasgow' front pages in the future. They would 
also have an additional classification by group type or function or 
service or whatever they do.

We still need to consider which groups are eligible to be listed. 
Perhaps some requirement of being local to an area, non-profit and 
somehow useful to the area and progressive, whatever that means.

Thoughts?
