Good work Tom, you diamond geezer...
I think at that meeting the groups were going going to be decided based on
if they met the PGA hallmarks.
I think that would be a good starting point but we may look to include
places like the Bike station ( http://www.thebikestation.org.uk/ ) that
probably wouldn't meet that criteria.
