apologies for delay in replying and sorry I already have a meeting on 
sunday afternoon
I could make monday evening, the only other evening i am free the coming 
week is thursday, but if enough people can make it on sunday feel free 
to go ahead

As far as the actual dispute goes, i have to admit i am completely lost 
and have no idea who is in the right or in the wrong - the only thing 
that seems clear is that it is a mess!
