Laury and I just talked and if it's true that a number of key folks won't be able to make it and the fact that there's a big block party happening at the same time, it makes sense to postpone.
please do make an official statement so we can let people know in time and Laury will put a notice up on the site and I can let De Anna know.
We are both in favor of 2 weeks from now, but NOT on Saturday and NOT in the middle of the day (when it is so hot). We'd like to put in a suggestion of Sunday at 7 pm in 2 weeks.
And there is good stuff happening with this new space idea and there's things happening around a new northwest social forum working group forming and all these things will have some info/summaries/notes sent to the list so that everyone can keep up with all the good stuff happening,

> tommorow's IMC meeting for 2 weeks?
> 2 reasons - many key IMC members are either working, out of town, etc.
> Furthermore, our meeting tommorow is at the Capitol Hill Library. We
> booked the room a long time ago. We just learned that tommorow is the
> Broadway Block Party! Thousands of people coming to that immediate area.
> We are asking people who oppose this, who would like to meet, to let us know.
> One other consideration worth noting is that we found an exciting
> possibility for cheap space. We are working on the details. It is the
> space previously mentioned in Georgetown.
> Would not 2 more weeks make for a more productive meeting?
> Your thoughts, please?
