[IMC-Seattle] MEETING THIS SATURDAY - 1PM

Below is from Rick, with directions to the next meeting of the Seattle 
IMC.  I'm also attaching some draft documents that a number of folks 
have been working on in order to get ready for the Seattle IMC to go 
through the new IMC process.

YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED.

Please, if you can't come to the meeting, at least take a look through 
these documents and offer your honest thoughts.
