[imc-sf-active] Tech help for Puerto IMC's newswire

We, at the Puerto Rico IMC, have technical difficulties in setting up
the open newswire and the publish sections as we need. Basically, we
want to set those to be similar to Uruguay IMC. We are understaffed in
the tech side so we would need someone to volunteer his/her time to work
along one of our volunteers to make those changes because we lack the
knowlede to do so at this time. Occam used to do this two years ago when
we setup the page.

We need to modify the publish.php to be similar to Urugay
[http://uruguay.indymedia.org/publish.php] where the user check boxes
for themes and select in local category for local or non-local. This
will need to show up in the front page as two newswires (one local for
Puerto Rico news and one for non-PR news).

All the old posts to the open newswire are currently on another separate
one which does not show up. We need to fix this up, asap. But don’t know
how to do it.

We would like to get in contact over IRC with someone that can help us
fix this up.
