[imc-sf-active] Rich Text Editing Update

Hi,

thanks to some suggestions on this list, I was able to find a freely 
licensed, non-commercial and simple to integrate rich text editing 
component called Rich Text Editor. It works with Mozilla, Firefox, and 
Internet Explorer (Windows). You can take a look at it here for the stock

And a version I made some improvements to (image dropdown, etc) here:

If you have an unsupported browser or JavaScript is turned off, it can 
show a plain text editing box.

It would be easy to integrate this into the next version of sf-active, and 
make it available as a template function. Does anybody not want me to do 
that? Should we make it configurable? Some sites might like this for the 
article publish page, some might not. I think it would be nice for 
everyone to have it for the feature editing page, and maybe for editing 
content pages too.
