[imc-sf-active] names for dbase patches.

Hey,

I just checked install/
there are now 24 files with dbase patches.
can we come up with a smarter naming scheme ? (like including the intended
version the patches are for in the name ?).

for non coders who will upgrade their site, this will be confusing like
hell ...
