I made the the exact same offer over a week ago. They blocked my email.
They aren't interested in help.

Indymedia' is better off with fewer, better sites. It's credibility, or
lack thereof as is currently the case, is not based on number, but on
quality.

If Indymedia is ever to become credible to real people in the real world,
it needs to limit its membership, and the use of its name, to sites
willing and able to enforce a zero tolerance policy for disinformation and
enemy propaganda. Anything less is bad politics and worse journalism.
Nothing else will work.
