[imc-sf-active] announcement: CMS proposal and kick off irc meeting

3am in Australia!
Would have liked to be part of this. It would be great if people  
posted logs/minutes somewhere to check out later and perhaps if there  
are further meetings that they start a little later in europe, 9pm in  
the UK is 7am here, almost reasonable :)

i have also forwarded this to the drupal-dev list so a few of them  
may turn up.
