Summary: Add link to start page features

Initial Comment:
Please make sure that new sf-active has a feature so that one can easily locate the link to a feature article on the start page. Currently one must either guess the correct url or else find it from the backend, assuming one has access. (Links to older features, of course, can be located by going to Older Stories > Single Feature Archives.)
