It was a joke, a comment on the fact that indymedia is an autonomous 
collective based on concensus desicion making which in practice would mean 
that someone could turn up and veto the writers workshop doing somthing so 
adventurous, in which case the people doing the story would go out and do 
the story but without the "writers workshop" banner.
  It is a hooby of mine to take the mickey out of the political 
left...Although having been accused of being part of that same political 
left by more than one person maybe it is just a natural urge to self 
deprecate...Any how i digress...
