[imc-sheffield] [FEATURE] UK IMC web server stolen

Propsed feat:

  The FBI, took the web server that runs Sheffield IMC
  last Thursday, probably with a go-ahead from, Sheffield
  MP, David Blunket. The reason for this and the legal
  basis on which it was done are still not fully clear,
  the machine, which was owned by Rackspace and rented by
  Indymedia was based in London.

  Shefield Indymedia's presence on the web was quickly
  reinstated due to there being backup servers, but XX
  other IMC sites were not so fortunate.
