Sheffield G8 feature proposal, was: Re: [imc-sheffield] Anti-G8

Hi

I think this feat is fine to go up now on the Sheffield
site and it can be tweaked as needed, also I have copied
this to the UK features list to propose that this also be
made a front page feat.
