[imc-sheffield] PROPOSAL: New "Energy Crisis" topic

Hi

We clearly need a topic for Peak Oil, however it's not
just peak oil it's going to be peak gas and then coal so
it's peak fossil fuels and in addition there are many
other resources that are facing or past peak... So there
was a chat in irc about what a topic could be called and
some suggestions were:

  Fossil Fuels 
  Resource Depletion 
  Energy Security

But the best one we could come up with was:

  Energy Crisis

It could have a text description like:

  Peak Oil and the energy crisis caused by the depletion  
  of fossil fuels and renewable alternatives.

Does this sound sensible?
