To clarify the reason behind this -- an email was sent which contained:

  PJ Properties has never owned Crookes Valley Methodist Church...
  Perhaps try PC Properties?  Similar name, entirely different company!

If someone can check with the land registry who the owner is (was?) then
it could be corrected or reposted.
