Riseup.net outgoing email has been down for several days
due to a spamhaus block -- this is why wrote and published
a feature article last night without sending a email
about it:

Desolationrow produced the following notes from the last
meeting and the date of the next meeting, Tuesday 7th
December 2010 7:30pm has been agreed but we don't yet have
a venue -- the upstairs room at the Rutland is in use, we
could just meet downstairs, anyone have any other
sugestions?

Notes from the last meeting 

Matters arising from the last meeting notes were
discussed. 

Flash encoding of video 

Still outstanding (command line to encode video to .flv
format)

Flyers 

Printed, outstanding £80 costs still to be sorted, ask
about progress with bank account.

Social Media 

More developments in progress: 

StatusNet: twitter-type program, non-centralised, i.e.
distributed. Twitter content can be uploaded and
downloaded, and Facebook content uploaded:-

Anon: URL-shortening app

And another Android Marketplace app: to allow users to
share/upload indymedia content specifically
