[imc-st.louis] august imc meeting?

HI!  Well the last meeting we had was well attended, but unfortunately (and fortunately) art and i were out of town for three weeks soon after that and were unable to get two very important stories up.  joe and emily each have an article that need to go up and my goal on that is by tuesday. 

But luckily i went out of town and met all these freakin amazing IMC people and got a lot of ideas and suggestions.  For one:  i know some people who can update our site to either sf-active or mir (there is also dadaimc, however i heard that it's crap.... we should investigate ourselves).  i don't really know the difference except for the following sites and what they are run off of...

also ... i wanted to talk about whether or not we could update our city list to include 'non-official' imc's, including us.indymedia.org.  

also... there are some global lists that people can participate in that would be good to get involved with

also... i wanted to do a summary box for the rnc stuff and would like to explain it to people for group approval (of course, if we update our site we can have it update it'self from breaking news from other sites :)

how does august 29th sound?  there might be a brief rally that evening for the rnc stuff, but we could meet at 8ish?

any suggestions/comments?
