Hi everyone,

Here's an e-mail that was forwarded to me.  Since I am not in St Louis, 
it will be difficult for me to organize this, although I'm happy to 
help in whatever way I can...  it is a very important issue.  Is this 
something you could help with and would be interested in working on?  I 
can also try to contact some academics in St Louis who could also help.
