Here's a link to a survey put online by Mayor Slay seeking feedback on the city police service.  The proposed Civilian Oversight board is mentioned in several questions...

Although I kinda doubt that 5million anonymous online votes in favor of the police oversight board would change any minds in City Hall, it's still worthwhile communicating discontent (since Slay's asking for it).
