[imc-st.louis] Please note some delays with imc-stlouis listserve

Attention list subscribers,

There appears to be some problems with the indymedia servers hosting this
list.  The latest batch of messages send out today were delayed by up to 2
weeks (!!).  Assuming the problem is not just with list admins taking
their time in accepting messages from non-subscribers, I can look thru the
imc-tech listserve to see if there are any known tech problems.
