I recall hearing of a white supremacist meeting in St. Charles or St.
Peters being disrupted a few years ago by hiring a bunch of Mariachi bands
to play in the space next door.

I say make a festive, noisy, picnic of it.  Bring your guitar, your tuba,
violin, drum set, and any else that can make a racket.
