Hi Folks,

Breaking news here, not yet verified. The executive order referenced
can be read here:
http://winnipeg.indymedia.org/item.php?5608S

Philly IMC article about the exec order:

Please also be aware of legitimate possibility this is just FUD:

hey Ben,

I'm not sure if you clicked "more"
http://dc.indymedia.org/newswire/display/140408/index.php

you will find more information.

It sounds like the DC local government is taking this action based on
pressure from places such as FOX News. Then there is the threat of
federal intervention. I heard this announcement from Karina Garcia at
Youth and Power. I would say this is breaking news since I believe
ANSWER got the notice came on Tuesday. More information would be
good. I would be surprised to learn that ANSWER is making this stuff
up so that they could increase their numbers at a march in DC... but
who knows, maybe you're right.... that would really be something.

But, this sounds a bit like FUD too, right?

I think things are THAT BAD and ANSWER should be supported... because
if this is true.. then it's much bigger than ANSWER, right.

I hope more information comes through. Anything in the corporate
media about this?

sincerely,
...
