"SHOULD WE LEASE FOREST PARK LAND?"

On April 3, St. Louisans will decide for or against Proposition P, which 
would require voter approval for the sale or disposal of public park land.  Green 
Time host Don Fitz discusses the lease of park space with guests Carla 
Scissors-Cohen of Citizens to Protect Forest Park and 14th Ward Alderman Stephen 
Gregali.  They take opposite views of the proposed lease of park land to BJC 
Hospital, whether it would be a bad precedent, and if Proposition P would help
