Hi Pinks~*
We have a couple missions for peace that you can help with from the
comfort of your own home!
1. Research of presidential 2008 candidates for a nation-wide
Get-To-Know-Your-Candidates Board Game (see below).
2. Go shopping to fulfill parts of our wish list (which will help with
our creative actions)
Hope you are doing a little something for peace everyday!!
Peace~*
Laurie Meier
CODEPINK St.Louis ? Local coordinator

*2.*
We are needing props to step-up our local actions (listed below). You
may also go to our secure website and donate funds to go towards our
purchasing them:
Bullhorn (preperably with a siren)
pink fabric
white latex or acrylic paint
black latex or acrylic paint
12 pink button-down shirts
Plastic handcuffs
Plastic police badges
Crime-scene tape (yellow and black)
*1.*
Preparation questions for our nation-wide Get-To-Know-Your-Candidates,
CODEPINK Board Game. The following list of questions need to be
researched for each declared-presidential candidate. Information can be
found online or you could call the candidate?s office (capitol
switchboard: 202-224-3121). It?d be a good idea to list your sources and
dates found.
Voting Record:
*how they voted in 2002 (the betrayal vote)
*on the war supplementals
*if, when, and why they changed their vote
*what are their statements on Iraq
*what state do they represent
*are they willing to vote on legislation with a date certain for most
soldiers drawn out of Iraq?
----------------------
*are they wanting a timetable?
*what are their positive wild card issues? (Edwards-wife?s health)
*what are their negative wild card issues? (divorce)
*what are their shifts in beliefs?
*what?s the candidates main issue? (ie; Edwards-poverty)
*what was their stand on Bill Clinton?s impeachment? what is their
stance on Bush/Chaney impeachment?
*what personal issues do they have? (ie: Edwards-wife cancer)
*what is their phone number
**************************************************************************
If you are interested in helping research the candidates for the board
game which will be sent out to PINKS nation-wide, the following list of
presidential candidates (taken from: www.wikipedia.org
<http://www.wikipedia.org/> ) could help. Please let me know if you?d
like to be on this research team and which section you would be
interested in taking. Your help with this research is important, as it
will help people become more aware of the candidates and issues.
