	Update:  Cheney is NOT coming to St.L Thursday, after all.

	Jo Mannies of the Post-Dispatch was the source of the 
original blog post -- which she superceded a few hours later with 
this correction.  Explanation from on-high: they changed the plans.

	As a result, the weather forecast for Thursday has changed as 
well:  fair & cool.
	There will not be a temperature plunge, dark clouds, crashing
