[imc-st.louis] Larry Rice, Alternative Energy Ctr in Dutchtown, and "Not in my back yard"

For those curious about the latest in the saga between Rev. Rice's
Renewable Energy Center in Dutch and the local NIMBY's, here are a
couple links about hearings scheduled earlier this month about zoning
controversy with the center:

There was supposed to be an energy fair at the center yesterday, but I
