[imc-st.louis] Last Open House for North/Southside Metrolink

Here is a message from Craig Schmid about light rail in South City, in
particular a rail line running between North and South City.

When the last presentation about light rail was made at the  Marine
Villa meeting, the presenters mentioned that there would be  some
final open houses to get additional public input. The Southside Open
House is scheduled:

SEPTEMBER 19 (5 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.)
MERAMEC  ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (2745 MERAMEC)
