Hi Don,

Sounds like great news.  I'm suprised that nearly 30% of the petition
signatures were deemed "invalid," such that you met the margin by only
~500sigs.  Is this the attrition rate you were expecting?  Do you have any
thoughts on possible problems with the pettioning processing that lead to
so many sigs being rejected?
