It's my pleasure to introduce to you the new www.GrassrootsOzark.net. 
This new website offers news, views, and resources aimed at promoting 
and defending a healthy environment, healthy communities, and healthy 
selves in the Ozarks and vicinity.  Already you will find resources on 
issues ranging from Farmer's Markets to Forestry, and stories about 
critical issues affecting the Ozarks today.

www.GrassrootsOzark.net is not tied to any organization, but is a 
resource open to any and all concerned folks regardless of available 
resources, organizational affiliation, or anything else.  If you care 
about protecting the environment in the Ozarks, this website is for you.

What makes  www.GrassrootsOzark.net  special is that it is based on user 
(that's you!) generated content: so your input and opinions are invited 
and appreciated.  By registering on the site, you can contribute news, 
stories, and other content to help share what's happening in our region.

On the site you will find:

     * Resource Pages, offering links and information on a wide variety 
of topics
     * An Events Calendar
     * And a photo gallery
